Sign Up
Set up your PSM account in seconds and choose between our cloud-based (SaaS) or on-site (desktop) solution. Complete your registration by verifying your email through the confirmation link.
Register & Configure School
Once your account is verified, log in to register and configure your school. Online users can begin basic setup immediately, while desktop users will be able to access the installer and setup guide.
Start Using PSM
Next, complete any additional setup such as defining classes, houses, subjects, grading schemes, and registering students, staff, and accounts. Once done, you're ready to start using PSM.
Onboard Parents
Parental access is available through the MyChild portal, allowing parents to view results, notices, and updates. Once you're set up, generate access codes and share them via SMS, email, or printed slips.

- Installation and management of the free desktop edition require intermediate-level proficiency in system and PostgreSQL database administration.
- Stakeholder SMS communication is an available feature; however, messages are billed separately at a rate of UGX 55 per message.
- A trial version is not offered; however, new customers have the flexibility to defer billing until the end of the first academic term of use. Customers may cancel at any time during this period without incurring any charges.
- Access to remote support services requires a stable internet connection at the school premises. Desktop Gold customers also require a fast internet connection for MyChild data synchronization.
- Discounted pricing across all plans is available to the following categories of schools: community schools, institutions with fewer than 700 students or pupils, special needs schools, and select registered non-profit or charitable organizations.
